Sharon is an experienced investor and adviser to start-ups and growth companies. She is a founding partner of Movac, a VC firm based in New Zealand. She provides hands-on support and mentoring across a diversified portfolio of interests.
Sharon splits her time between family, helping founders with their businesses and philanthropy.
Ross is a highly skilled CFO & COO and has led a number of technology companies on high growth trajectories of over 100% YoY growth. He currently serves as an adviser to high growth start-ups and for Earshot provides guidance on growth and capital strategy.
Lucy Leahy is a senior executive in the US FMCG market with 20 years experience in brand development, product innovation and general management. In her current role, Lucy is working with professional athletes and physicians to create a new retail category. Originally from NZ, Lucy has a Master of Engineering from Canterbury and a MBA from Harvard. She lives just outside San Francisco with her husband and two young boys.
James is responsible for managing Pushpay’s business and corporate development activities, and investments in emerging markets. His team drives strategic partnerships and account management across faith, education and not-for-profit sectors to accelerate Pushpay adoption and increase value-add for customers. James also manages strategy, assessment and execution of mergers and acquisitions to help advance Pushpay’s core business, drive accretive value and increase market share.
Prior to joining Pushpay, James spent the past 20+ years advancing software-as-a-service into the mainstream. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Xero, leading partnerships and evangelism worldwide. Earlier, James led investments, partnerships and marketing for Microsoft Ventures globally. James has deep M&A and partnership expertise working with F500 companies and preeminent VC firms. He is an active investor, advisor, board member and speaker in technology circles.
Al Monro was Chief Executive of optical touch screen company NextWindow, acquired by Smart Technologies. Prior to NextWindow, Al spent 18 years with IBM in Asia Pacific.
