  4. The LED lights on both MagFit earbuds should start flashing purple then after 3-5 seconds stop flashing and only one side should have a blue flashing light. This means they are ready to reconnect. NOTE: If only one side flashes purple, repeat the process of step 4 on the earbud that isn't flashing purple.

Factory reset

A factory reset is similar to 'turning off/on' to reset functions. To perform a factory reset, follow the below:

  1. Delete/forget the MagFit3 connection from your streaming device
  2. Take the MagFit3 earbuds out of the charge case
  3. Select one side, hold it to your ear so you can hear the voice prompts.
  4. Press AND hold the MFB (oval shaped button) down until you hear the voice prompt (factory reset). Note; the factory reset is activated upon release of the button. If you hold the button down too long, it won't activate.
  5. Check the LEDs on both MagFit3 earbuds, they should start to flash purple. If one side DOES NOT flash purple, complete the factory reset on that side seperately.
  6. Once both earbuds are flashing purple, leave them beside each other and wait for them to stop flashing purple. One side will then have a blue light flash. This indicates they are ready to re-pair to your streaming device.
