Our returns policy is designed to give you an opportunity to try the fit and audio quality of Earshots. This is only for customers who purchase through earshots.com

Something not quite right?

1. Contact emily@earshots.com and let her know that you want to return them.
2. You will be provided with a return address to send the Earshots. Please note, we do not cover return shipping. 
3. Once we have received them and assessed them to ensure no damage or markings, they will be approved for your refund. Please allow 5-7 days after we have received them for the refund to be processed.
4. We refund the full purchase price. We will not refund shipping costs.
