Earshots Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at earshots.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
From time to time Earshots may be out of stock due to delays in freight from our Manufacturer. If the delay is forecast to be over one week, a customer representative will contact you.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping of purchased goods is free. Earshots does not cover any return shipping fees.
Earshots sub-contracts delivery. There may be delays with the shipping of your parcel caused by our sub-contracted freight company. Earshots will not be liable for any packages that are lost or delayed.
Earshots will undergo an internal investigation on an undelivered packaged after 15 business days after order fulfilment. An investigation will require 3 working days.
Shipment processing time
All International orders are processed within 24 hours and shipping is free. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. All orders are shipped from New Zealand and sent via DHL Express, a premium tracked service.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. If the sub-contracted service is a tracked service, we will provide the tracking code in the shipping confirmation email.
Changing your address after placing an order
Earshots is will not be held liable for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is done on the checkout page. If an error is not noticed until after your order has been finalised please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will attempt to update as fast as we can, but some orders are processed immediately after payment is received and we will not be held financially liable if we are unable to change the address before it is shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Earshots Limited is not responsible for any local customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Earshots Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Earshots does not cover shipping costs associated with returns
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
